Are you an individual residing in the North Capital Region and interested in pursuing a career in information technology (IT)? Are you seeking individual support to transition into the IT workforce? Join Montgomery College's FREE TechMAP program! Are you a business seeking fresh IT, cyber security, and data analyst candidates? Partner with TechMAP to connect with our pool of certified tech talent! The TechMAP Grant Program is funded by the Employment and Training (ETA), U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Strengthening Community College’s (SCC2) Training Grant. The purpose of the grant-funded program is to support underrepresented students to overcome barriers to education that lead to high-quality IT jobs. Participants will work closely with a Career Navigator, who will help students understand career options and enroll in the best program of study for them and connect them to wrap around services within the College and in the community.
