MontRubí estate is a family owned winery founded in 1984 in the tiny village of L'Avellá, 60 km south-west of Barcelona.
Our wines are mainly monovarietal using only indigenous grapes and focusing on quality wines, vegan and organic certified. We are also the pioneers of the grape Sumoll which was almost extinct.
Since the opening of our restaurant and the 5-star boutique hotel "Casa Gran 1771", we have been offering wine lovers and gourmets an exclusive experience in a unique setting.
With our diverse range of wine-related offerings, we were recently awarded the "Gran Premi Vinari" award for the best activity in Catalan enotourism 2024. The jury evaluated the bodega's capacity to offer visitors accommodation, gastronomy, historical heritage, scenic surroundings and high-quality wines in a holistic experience.
Our adventure has only just begun. We will grow together and achieve our goals while respecting the natural and human environment.
