The Monumental Method
We have refined a proprietary intake process which, in collaboration with our sophisticated candidate assessment approach, allows us to identify talent who will perform as well as stick. We have structured our pricing model and billing schedule in such a way to help optimize for long-term fit. In short, we don't get our full fee unless our placements last at least a full year.
