Founded in October of 2014 in Atlanta, GA, MoodyCall LLC is a SaaS startup company dedicated to serving professional counselors and clients online via an encrypted, HIPAA compliant video counseling platform. Through it, MoodyCall accomplishes its mission to make mental healthcare more socially acceptable, accessible, and approachable. We believe that all persons are both created equal and innately valuable, all people are capable of living improved lives without exception, and that all persons have a right to experience an improved quality of being. What sets MoodyCall apart from Skype and other common video conferencing tools is its HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability App) compliance and certified software. This ensures that the platform is highly encrypted, 100% ethical, and safe to use for counselors and clients. In addition, MoodyCall provides people everywhere a hassle-free environment to quickly search, schedule, enter, and manage professional counseling and coaching sessions online. The result is reduced expenses (travel), anxieties, privacy concerns, time constraints, and geographic/physical limitations that are sometimes associated with in-office care.
