AXIS was created in 1987 and, since 1992, has been subject to control by Consob and is authorized to carry out statutory audit engagements of Public Interest Entities. AXIS is listed in the Italian Register of Auditors, under number 77125, held by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. AXIS is an independent member firm of Moore Global, one of the world's major accounting and consulting networks with over 300 independent firms and 670 offices in 100 countries. We have local roots but we are part of an international network: we offer services for large, medium and small, national and international companies. We have specific experience in the following sectors: manufacturing, commerce, energy, shipping, construction, agri-food, social security, information technology, factoring. AXIS is also: - affiliated with the National League of Cooperatives; - agreement with the Confederation of Italian Cooperatives (Confcooperative); - agreement with the Commissione Nazionale paritetica per le Casse Edili; - affiliated with the Associazione Accertamenti Diffusione Stampa; - registered in the list kept by the Ministry of Economic Development pursuant to art. 11 of Legislative Decree 220/02 and art. 1 of the Ministerial Decree 11/16/06; - member of ASSIREVI, an association to which the main auditing firms operating in Italy belong.
