Baro is an innovative platform for on-demand renting of premium items. We make it possible for customers to rent the items they want and we deliver them in under an hour. When the rental period is complete, the item is picked up from the renter at their convenience. Since our incorporation date in Fall 2014, Baro has worked to understand the needs of our customers and we have learned the three essential value propositions required to capture the market. Logistics: Our under-an-hour time frame for deliveries is in line with the quick paced nature of our demanding consumer base. Furthermore, we understand that our users do not wish to deal with the hassle of picking up and dropping off items, so for their convenience we have partnered with Uber, which allows couriers to handle all deliveries and pick-ups. Insurance: Baro indemnifies all items up to $10,000 and our liability insurance covers our users up to $1 million. Because of our insurance policy, we do not require our renters to put down a deposit, making them more inclined to rent. Supply: Baro owns a significant portion of our inventory. Any items that we do not have in our inventory we get from businesses around New York City. We have created partnerships with multiple businesses that have agreed to serve as our suppliers.
