A not-for-profit and social enterprise business based in London. Main aim is to support disadvantaged accounting graduates and students. The Foundation trains and advises accountancy graduates and under-graduates from disadvantaged backgrounds and helps them find the right placement to further their careers. Over 500 people, both young and old, have come through our doors since 2010.
Morlai Kargbo, FCCA, the managing director felt it was an injustice that many aspiring accountants including those who have passed their final ACCA examinations struggled to find work because of lack of relevant practical experience. It is an honor to have people flow through your professional life and share their stories. To listen, to really hear, feel, see with compassion in a tolerant and space free of judgement.
At Moracle Foundation, the mentoring relationship is professional, personal and confidential. The mentoring style involves a mix of support, consulting, encouragement, coaching, challenges, brainstorming sessions, motivation and inspiration.
