MoRE Properties Group is an entrepreneurial company that is focused on developing and redeveloping retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties. Currently, MoRE Properties Group is seeking acquisitions in the retail, industrial, and office sectors that have a value-add component. Our process involves buying properties, making improvements, leasing them out, and then putting long-term debt on the property. By updating these properties with new roofs, updated skylights, updated bathrooms, newly painted interiors, etc, we completely change the feel of value-add properties. We are NOT a brokerage; we own all our buildings.
