We are using private equity syndication to acquire a network of dealerships that will emphasize our commitment to hospitality while utilizing strong online sales models and customer relationship management technology for expansion. Our firms investment principles are summarized by the three Cs: Cash Flow, Collateral, and Control. We invest in automotive sales businesses with strong growing cash flow, owned assets, and tight operating cost controls in place.
