Morgan Health & Safety Solutions Limited delivers Health and Safety advice, services and support to a diverse customer base across Greater London and the South East of England. We specialise in construction and fire protection providing bespoke policy documentation, work instructions, method statements, and risk assessments, conduct site audits and inspections, deliver toolbox talks, investigate incidents and much more. We also deliver IOSH training courses and e-learning CPD training courses both virtually and in the classroom. We will work tirelessly to develop a thorough understanding of the wants and business needs of our clients to ensure they achieve their business goals safely. The construction industry, in general, and the sprinkler industry, in particular, has an ageing workforce. BAFSA has undertaken Labour Market Information (LMI) research for the fire sprinkler companies at regional and national levels, and this means people retiring from the sector, taking their skills, knowledge and vast experience with them. With little or no widespread and industry-led focus on developing skills and qualifications, there is an urgent need to attract a new generation of young people into all areas of industry, including installation, design, project management and maintenance. We are committed to help meet the needs of the new generation of sprinkler installers, project engineers, managers and maintenance teams to ensure the continued viability of the sector.
