Kenneth M. Morgan concentrates his practice in the areas of transactional real estate and business counseling. He represents clients in acquiring, financing and leasing commercial real estate. Additional real estate related matters include the representation of commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of retail, office, industrial and warehouse leasing. Ken counsels franchisees in acquisitions, terminations and workouts. Further, he represents property owners, tenants and contractors in negotiating commercial and residential construction contracts and property owners in real estate tax appeals and certain land use matters. Ken also provides corporate legal counseling and regularly represents buyers and sellers of assets in diverse businesses. In addition, the firm assists companies with business formation, entity governance documents, succession planning, acquisitions and buyouts, opinion letters, commercial contracts and general business counseling matters.
