Morgen Pharmaceutical Services (MPhS) is division of Stason Pharmaceuticals Inc, and US-based service provider offering contract services & high containment operations to drug-development companies in need of a qualified facility & support staff for primary packaging or co-pack clinical trial materials & commercial products, from INDs to marketing submissions of finished products.
Clinical and Commercial Packaging Services
Primary packaging in containment suites or conventional clean rooms. Our primary packaging operations are conducted in temperature and humidity controlled rooms where we perform bottling and blister packing.
Secondary packaging:
Our secondary packaging is conducted with materials such as paper carton for blister packs, paper trays for bottles, and corrugated boxes for shipping. We also provide manual or semi-automated co-packing or assembling services for patient kits.
Our secondary packaging also includes labeling. We work with our clients side by side designing single-panel and multi-panel labels and assist them with blinding and regulatory support.
Warehousing and Distribution:
Our warehousing and distribution capabilities comply with federal and state regulations. We offer environments for ambient (15°C to 30°C), refrigerated (2°C to 8°C) and frozen (-25°C to -10°C) storage conditions
Analytical Method Development & Validation:
Analytical chemists will work to develop, qualify and validate methods, or refine existing analytical methods to meet these demands. Our DEA permit allows us to handle API’s up to C-II.
