Through these subsidiaries, Morley is able to offer general contracting services including preconstruction, design-build, seismic strengthening, preservation, modernization and LEED® rated services. Morley Construction Company also has the ability to perform structural concrete services while Benchmark Contractors, Inc. has the ability to contract with open-shop contractors, both of which can provide significant cost savings on certain projects.
