Objective:
The Morning Mentoring program is designed to provide support and guidance to entrepreneurs and young companies, helping them grow and succeed. The program matches participating startups with experienced entrepreneurs, business professionals, VCs, angel investors, and subject matter experts who can provide valuable insights and advice on a range of topics, including finance, operations, marketing, and more. Rather than a "Shark Tank" atmosphere, the program provides a "Dolphin Tank" where the main objective is feedback, connections, and mentorship.
Program Description:
The Morning Mentoring program is held weekly on Thursdays from 9 am to 10:15 am EST. Participants have 10 minutes to pitch their business followed by 45 minutes of Q&A. During this time, participants can ask the mentors' questions during the Q&A and for an additional 10 minutes at the end of the session. At 10 am we ask the participants to leave the call and the mentors discuss their pitch for a further 15 minutes. Participants can apply to the program through this link. Please keep in mind due to the high number of applications, the program is usually booked out 1-2 months in advance. Leading up to the participants session, the Alloy Growth Lab Startup Catalyst works with the participant on their pitch deck and 10 minute pitch.

Scorecard and Feedback:
After each session, mentors fill out a scorecard and feedback form that is compiled and sent back to the participants the following week.
