I help individuals build a life with intention by defining and pursuing their priorities and dreams through coaching. Previous to this I spent 30 years in banking and corporate finance advising business owners, CEOs, and CFOs in all aspects of strategic and financial planning. My last role was Managing Director & Market Executive for JPMorgan Chase leading their middle market commercial banking business and team covering the San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, and New Mexico regions. I find that most of us are on our way to career and business success, but it is often at the expense of the ‘Main Things’ in our lives: our marriages, family, friends, dreams, and even our faith. Through coaching I listen, encourage, and provide accountability and structure needed for you to keep your Main Thing the Main Thing and not get sidetracked by life’s distractions. Changing behavior is really hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.
