Morris Specifications Inc. (MSI) is a thriving specification consulting practice based in Vancouver, BC. Since 1982, we’ve worked with prominent architectural firms on a wide range of award-winning projects across Canada. At MSI, we maintain an in-house master specification and an extensive specification database which, in tandem with decades of experience, means we can provide accurate, efficient, knowledgeable specification consulting services to suit the changing needs of our industry. We’re a small firm of committed professionals driven by the things we care about most: expertise, the environment, and you, our client. MSI is led by Susan Morris, who has has been writing architectural specifications for over 40 years, and her extensive project background and strong client relationships guide everything we do. She’s a passionate advocate of environmentally sustainable construction, a fixture in the Canadian specifications community, and an inductee in Construction Specifications Canada’s College of Fellows.
