I made Mortens Inn in my parents living room when i was 7-8 years old and it has been my dream all my youth to have my own restaurant and in 1997 I opend first time just after i in 1996 was winning the titel Chef og the year in Denmark. Now we are running on year 19 in reality and in more professional surroundings than in my childhood- we have for 19 years been concidered being the top restaurant og the town and it is our goal always to keep that posision.
