LaClare Family Creamery produces a variety of award-winning goat products, from fresh goat cheese to aged mixed-milk cheeses. -Lamagna Cheese: Authenticity, experience and modern cheesemaking methods are at the heart of what we do. Founded in 1928, with the goal of making superior ricotta cheese using only 3 Simple Ingredients – milk, vinegar and salt – the Lamagna family is proud to craft superior products that are delicious in both traditional and new recipes. -Saxon Creamery handcrafts award-winning, European-style cheeses using milk from pasture-grazed Wisconsin cows. This extra-rich milk adds buttery texture and flavor to each cheese they produce. -Simply Dairy produces the freshest and finest goat milk cheeses, using milk from Wisconsin farms within 30 miles of the creamery.
