Mosey Architectural Ltd is a company specialising in providing Estimating and Commercial Management to the Architectural Metalwork & Structural Steelwork industries. We provide fully broken down Estimates, comprising of Build Up sheets, full BOQ's, fully marked up drawings and a tender submission letter. We can attend mid tender, post tender and pre-award meetings, offering a one stop shop for Estimating requirements. We also provide a Commercial Management services by reading and commenting on contracts when they arrive, creating and submitting monthly applications, pricing variations, monitoring revised client drawings issued and advising of any changes, submission of NCEs and EWNs where necessary and creating monthly CVR's for cost control.
