Mosmetrostroy is a universal multi-industry construction company, which deals with solving difficult engineering problems related to performance of a wide range of underground (tunneling, special technique, cranes), architectural, lining and finishing(SMU of Mosmetrostroy), special (USR of Mosmetrostroy), track-laying, handling (freight, special transport),mounting and many other works including production of construction and finishing materials (concrete manufactory, stone working, wood working, steel structures). The general activity of Mosmetrostroy lies in metro construction. The company, which is the successor of the Soviet construction traditions, possesses a skilled and experienced staff, which has always been the key factor of any case the company ever dealt with. Nowadays it is impossible to imagine Moscow without its underground, which has become one of the main city landmarks. The most comfortable means of transport, which carries millions of passengers per day, is furthermore a real architectural heritage of Russia. Over 80 years a huge city has grown under the ground: Mosmetrostroy has built 182 stations, over 300 km of metro lines, more than 30 km of motorways, tunnels and junctions constructed so far.
