Mostly Chocolate & Catering is a family-owned and operated company that was founded by husband and wife, David and Rina Kamkhagi in 2004. Growing up in Lebanon, Rina was taught by her mother how to create exquisite Lebanese dishes and pastries. This experience made her passion for food flourish and served as inspiration for beginning the catering company, focusing on a menu that highlights her cultural culinary background. Like her mother, Rina passed down her passions in food to her children, and in 2011, Rina and David’s son, Dany, eagerly joined the company with a dedication to accelerating his skillset and expertise in chocolate. Upon completion of an apprenticeship in New York, Dany took on the role as Head Chocolatier in 2015 and expanded the company to include varied flavors of handcrafted artisanal truffles and numerous delectable chocolate confections. Rina and Dany work as a team, with Rina operating catering and Dany managing the chocolate-side of the company. Being a family-owned company, Mostly Chocolate & Catering understands the importance of commitment, care, and trust. The company prides itself on creating beautiful refined dishes and handcrafted artisanal chocolate with the highest quality ingredients to provide you with a decadently delicious experience you will not forget.
