Motherly Notes is a global online Mandarin school dedicated to making language learning engaging, effective, and accessible. Our interactive approach helps students develop fluency through dynamic live classes, cultural connections, and a supportive learning community. Using best-selling children’s books, comics, and pop culture, we create an immersive environment where students naturally acquire language skills while enjoying the process. With flexible class options, a vibrant school community, and interactive learning experiences, we empower students to confidently use Mandarin in real-life settings. Our programs serve families worldwide, including students in the U.S., Canada, UK, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, and Nepal. Motherly Notes has grown to over 10,000 course enrollments and is accredited by WASC, with College Board approval for AP Chinese. As part of Wharton’s VIP-X Accelerator, a recipient of multiple Wharton Innovation Fund Awards, and a recipient of the Jacobs Fellowship for Social Impact, we are committed to expanding access to high-quality Mandarin education and fostering a new generation of bilingual, culturally connected learners.
