QFX Cinemas, established in 2002 AD, is the leading movie exhibitor in Nepal. It is the first company to introduce the latest visual technology, offering outstanding picture quality and the first of its kind in 4K projection in Nepal. It is also the first to offer the first 3D screen with Depth Q 3D technology to deliver better luminosity, clarity, and vivid picture quality. Pioneer in redefining movie exhibition, QFX Cinemas have ventured to provide its customers with unmatched customer service, state-of-the-art technologies, comfortable seats and clean and tasteful interiors. QFX Cinemas started its journey with a vision to provide the best cinema-going experience. The first QFX Cinemas Screen was launched in 2002 with Jai Nepal with the main objective to cater to the ever-growing sophistication of the movie going audience by providing an unmatched movie and entertainment experience like no other. Subsequently, QFX Cinemas extended to QFX Kumari with two auditoriums in 2004, QFX Central Cinemas with three auditoriums in 2010, and QFX Lalit Cinemas with three auditoriums in 2015. As of May 2024, we have expanded our horizons to 10 Cities (Bhaktapur, Biratnagar, Birtamode, Butwal, Chitwan, Damauli, Itahari, Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Nepalgunj) with 14 Theatres, and 33 screens all over Nepal. To keep our cravings for innovation alive, we have deployed Dolby Atmos system, a work of art that makes audiences feel they are virtually inside the movie they watch at QFX Theatres.
