Motion Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: MOTNU is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a business combination with one or more target businesses or entities. Though we may pursue opportunities in any industry sector or geographic region, we initially intend to focus our search on target businesses in connected vehicle industries globally, which include companies providing transportation software and cloud solutions for fleet management, freight and logistics, and mobile asset management applications. Motion Acquisition Corp. was founded by a management team and board comprised of seasoned business executives recognized as pioneers in the transportation software and technology sector who possess substantial operating and acquisition experience.
