Motionology is a kinesiotherapy clinic that aims to improve the health-related quality of life for as many people as possible. It specialises in kinesiotherapy for individuals with chronic non-communicable diseases such as cancer, chronic pain, Parkinson's disease and cardiovascular diseases, as well as rehabilitation after various injuries. We improve the quality of life for as many people as possible by removing movement barriers through quality, holistic and individualised treatment for each person who entrusts us with their health and the health of their loved ones. We advocate that exercise is the best medicine that can be prescribed in precise doses for a specific problem, and where the type of exercise and intensity are very important. The focus of kinesiotherapy with us is therefore on exercise tailored to the individual's health, pain, illness, medication, physical limitations, social demands, desires and goals. At the end of the therapy, we often include massage to relax and relieve existing pain and movement restrictions.
