Established in 2015 by Christo Peev, Motion Software was a trailblazer in Southeast Europe. By connecting ambitious tech specialists from Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, and Turkey with companies ranging from Silicon Valley startups to multinational corporations Motion Software achieved multi-million dollar revenues at an annual growth rate exceeding 100% for 7 consecutive years. With such success, a significant evolution was on the horizon. In the summer of 2022, Motion Software was acquired by Exadel in a strategic merger. This move enhanced our remote team capabilities and expanded our geographical footprint to 15 new locations spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
