MotiveSpace is a nonprofit property developer and network of building-related professionals in Portland, Oregon. MotiveSpace’s mission is to support and lead the creation of spaces for community benefit. We do that by providing discounted and donated design and building services to nonprofits and community groups with high impact, high benefit project concepts. MotiveSpace believes that design and building can be powerful tools for community development, and that community assets like buildings can contribute to the social, financial, and environmental well-being of the neighborhoods they’re a part of.
