Nearly 15 million of Ukrainian citizens had to leave their country since the start of the full-scale war. At least 25 000 of them are now in Georgia. It can appear to be a comparatively small number, but for a small country like Georgia, this is a significant amount. The majority of Ukrainians came here after being forcibly deported to Russia from Mariupol, Melitopol or Kherson, so they especially need help and rehabilitation.
