Nearly 15 million of Ukrainian citizens had to leave their country since the start of the full-scale war. At least 25 000 of them are now in Georgia. It can appear to be a comparatively small number, but for a small country like Georgia, this is a significant amount. The majority of Ukrainians came here after being forcibly deported to Russia from Mariupol, Melitopol or Kherson, so they especially need help and rehabilitation. Motskhaleba Foundation helps Ukrainian citizens in Georgia find any needed help: the necessities, housing, free food, medical and legal assistance.
