Issue de la filière traiteur et surgelés et créée en 1986, l’usine le Moulin de la Marche est spécialisée dans la fabrication de produits traiteurs à base de poisson. Située à Châteaulin (29), elle commercialise ses produits sous les marques Capitaine Cook, Odyssée, Itinéraire des saveurs et Netto.
