The Mount co-op program strives to be a leader in fostering work-integrated learning opportunities for students. Building and maintaining relationships with employers who offer meaningful on-the-job learning opportunities for Mount co-op students is what we have been in the business of doing for 40 years! We partner with over 300 employers annually who are seeking to recruit Mount co-op students. We are proud that a number of co-op alumnae have returned after graduation as co-op employers to mentor students in their workplaces. We value our relationships with employers and strive to offer a personalized approach to make hiring a Mount co-op student easy.
