Mountain Road is owned and operated by two underground coal miners from the South Coast of New South Wales. Tyler and Andy have been working together on the maintenance of underground roadways for the better part of the last decade and have both taken great pride and passion in their work. Mountain Road is 100% Australian owned and operated. We use Australian manufacturers and Australian steel as we pride ourselves in giving back to the community that we call home. Through Tyler and Andy’s work they had noticed areas of the mining pumping system that were in need of some major improvements so they put their heads together and developed a new type of pump strainer. They came up with the Pit Strainer and the Road King Strainer. Our strainers are designed to utilise the air exhaust or the dewater blow out valve on any compressed air driven double diaphragm pump. It can use either of these processes to clear away debris from the face of the strainer and prevent excessive debris build up which usually results in the complete blockage of the strainer.
