We inherit unconscious “lineage maps” that can go back generations. Inheriting our Dad’s brown eyes is easy to see, but emotional patterns, such as anger, anxiety or depression, are more difficult to identify. Janet assists clients to gain insight, choice and freedom from theses inherited “lineage maps.” Together we will process these charged memories, indirectly and safely, and create new corrective experiences that repair feelings of overwhelm, all leading to a healthier approach to managing stress creating happier, healthier life.
