Mountain Valley is your local hospice and palliative care organization specializing in serious illness care for terminally ill patients and their families in 18 counties from 12 locations in North Carolina and Southern Virginia. Special programs include advanced cardiac care, advanced lung care, We Honor Veterans, and Love's PEAK pediatric care. Mountain Valley also offers bereavement programs and additional grief support resources.
