What we do: *Support children and young people living with and beyond Cancer. *Provide online cancer rehab support. *Advice even google can't give on cancer and exercise, mindset and lifestyle. *Proud founders of 5K Your Way. Move against cancer. A community within a community linked to park run. Encouraging people living with and beyond cancer, friends, family, nurses and doctors to join us on the last Saturday every month at a designated parkrun to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer. Our vision: To Inspire, empower and enable children and young people living with and beyond cancer to focus on their physical and mental well-being. Supporting them to make small changes to create a happier and healthier life. The MOVE team directly with children and young people on exercise and cancer, mindset and lifestyle. Making small changes to being more active and focusing on a healthier lifestyle can make a big difference to their lives.
