A community within a community linked to park run. Encouraging people living with and beyond cancer, friends, family, nurses and doctors to join us on the last Saturday every month at a designated parkrun to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer.

To Inspire, empower and enable children and young people living with and beyond cancer to focus on their physical and mental well-being. Supporting them to make small changes to create a happier and healthier life.
The MOVE team directly with children and young people on exercise and cancer, mindset and lifestyle. Making small changes to being more active and focusing on a healthier lifestyle can make a big difference to their lives.
