We serve and develop leaders. With a stripped-down and unassuming approach, we work with leaders to develop clarity and conviction regarding why, where and how they want to lead their organization. With organizational clarity in place, we work with them to develop themselves, their leaders, their leadership team and their culture. We often get asked where our name comes from. Here's a snapshot of some of what it means to us. It captures our heartbeat - to get better, to lead better. We pursue that ourselves. A lid moving also insinuates openness. We display and cultivate openness. Growth implies we haven't arrived, so we don't pretend that we have. Additionally, a lid is located at the top of a box. We work with leaders. And, when leaders get better, everyone wins. And lastly, everyone has a lid, so our name articulates that leadership is deeply personal. For a leader to get results, they have to grow first. They have to move, getting out of their own way, for the sake of what matters.
