The "Move to Connect" (MtC) project is an Erasmus+ KA220-ADU initiative aimed at addressing the well-being of adults, particularly parents, by providing them with innovative tools that incorporate dance, movement, psychology, and digital learning. The project acknowledges the increasing mental health challenges among adults due to various social and economic pressures, including the post-pandemic crisis, inflation, migration, and changing family dynamics. By fostering emotional and physical well-being, the project aims to strengthen parental capacities and, by extension, the well-being of children.
