MOVE is a dance company that aims to provide quality training in dance and fitness and work on the development of our students all around. From kids in their formative years to young teens, Move focuses on giving a quality dance education with an unparalleled experience, wrapped up in light-heartedness, joy, and fun. Sincerity, authenticity, and sensitivity are the core values that we abide by, which are reflected in the way our classes are structured to work on the holistic development of students. In our dance classes, we focus on fitness, dance education, and movement exploration. Fitness comprises working on the 3 major components viz. strength, stamina and flexibility. Dance education involves choreographies, freestyle and dance grooves. The purpose of introducing movement exploration to kids is to push their power of creation and confidence further. Dance will always be a part of students' lives. Hence, we believe everyone should be able to dance freely to any music and make their own steps in the process, and that is the direction of our classes.
