Vision Our vision is to enable people and communities to have the confidence and access to enjoy nature and the outdoors to support their physical health and mental wellbeing. Mission Our mission is to create activity communities where more people have the ability, confidence and skills to enjoy nature and the outdoors. We want to help more people to access activities outdoors, nature and the external environment to improve their physical health and mental wellbeing. Through our bespoke, outdoor sessions we want individuals, families, colleagues and communities to build relationships with each other and discover a passion for the outdoors and the positive outcomes in health and wellbeing that can be achieved through nature. Values We believe that everyone should be able to take part in outdoor activities to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. We believe that by being taking part in activities outdoors people can: - develop self-confidence and grow resilience - develop a sense of personal achievement and self-worth - reduce social isolation by facilitating interaction and making friends - develop confidence to become more involved with other aspects of communities or workplaces - build habits that will improve cognitive function and attention span by re- establishing a connection with the natural environment - have a positive impact on both physical and mental health
