About Move Forward MN

Founded in 1990, Move Forward is a nonprofit organization providing housing case management and mental health therapy services to youth ages 11-24 in the west metro. Homelessness prevention programs include case management, drop in and outreach services, schools to housing, and a scattered site transitional living program.
