MoveMen! is a Movement for Men who are seeking deeper connections with like-minded men. MoveMEN! is a community where those who identify as male can support each other and share whatever is in our minds in a confidential, open, honest and supportive way. Practising being kind, present and mindful through movement, breath-work, meditation and mindful dialogue.
Our aim is to build connection with the body to bring awareness and clarity to the mind so that we can learn and grow together through dialogue and sharing in a safe, non-judgmental , non-competitive space.
Over time, we aspire to become healthier, more balanced individuals, more at ease in ourselves so we can be better friends, partners, dads, sons, brothers, bosses, colleagues.
