At Movement Matters Physical Therapy we are dedicated to enhancing lives through the power of movement. We Can Help: PAIN & MOVEMENT DISORDERS Our therapist was trained and certified to use the Specific Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to assess total body movement patterns to find the source of the problem causing pain or movement dysfunction. DIZZINESS In many cases, we are able to eliminate dizziness with just one visit. Our therapist has been specifically trained to test for and treat vestibular disorders causing vertigo/dizziness, lightheadedness, or imbalance. MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS We perform a full assessment and provide treatment sessions with a specialist to address common symptoms including fatigue, weakness, spasticity, gait dysfunction and imbalance. We also offer wellness sessions to help prevent many of these symptoms. Services Offered: -Physical Therapy for pain/orthopedic conditions, dizziness/vestibular impairments, neurological conditions (specializing in Multiple Sclerosis), mobile visits if your home/office/gym -Massage Therapy (30, 60 or 90 minute sessions) including May incorporate a variety of modalities including: cupping, Graston technique, kinesiotaping, stretching, myofascial release, trigger point release, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage -Wellness Services: movement screens, exercise program development, ongoing wellness services for exercise to improve athletic performance or general mobility.
