Tom, the founder of Movewellcoach, worked as a software engineer for 8 years, spending countless hours behind a desk. He experienced first hand the physical and emotional toll of a sedentary lifestyle.
After travelling the world, and most poignantly spending 1 year in Brazil, Tom became driven by a passion for movement and a belief in the Primal state of being.
Since then, Tom embarked on a journey to take sovereignty of his health through natural methods. This personal transformation inspired the creation of Movewellcoach, with a mission to help others in similar situations.
