I am an online coach and yoga teacher who spent over 10 years building a career in finance and business operations in technology. I offer online yoga classes, group coaching and 1:1 coaching to support your journey of growth and healing to embrace the person you really are. I believe my role is to create a safe container for you to explore and build trust within yourself and to a build a community that you can lean into for support and connection.
