Nicolina has been teaching accessible body language, movement, youth theatre, yoga & performance for over 10 years. Her coaching is designed for various bodies, skill levels & ALL ages. Her client's range form a is 103yrs young to the military, lawyers to differently abled bodies. Classes specialize in freedom of movement, cultivating organic lasting neurological connections while understandings one's personal needs. She works with people on the spectrum, children in Inner city schools, Rehab Facilities as well as across borders.
