At Moving Moi we are focused on improving the health and wellbeing of members of the BAME and wider community of Tower Hamlets. We strive to do this through a series of sport activities, cycling, fitness classes and boot-camps at no cost to residents to help get the community "moving."
Through various activity and sport initiatives we aim to motivate women, men and children alike to maintain a good level of fitness can be challenging with work and family commitments, so meeting weekly with other men and women who share similar goals, and experience similar barriers to achieving those goals is both motivating and empowering.
We work with community partners and funders to tackle social mobility barriers including rising cost of living to increase activity participation and improve the health & wellbeing of residents across Tower Hamlets.
