Mowaamah مواءمة

The "Mowaamah" Certification system is owned by the Ministry of Labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is an opt-in, voluntary system for entities that want to develop their work environments to become more inclusive and supportive of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). The "Mowammah" Certification system was developed to increase the participation of PwDs in the Saudi labor market by increasing the number of entities that have the knowledge and confidence in employing them. نظام شهادة "مواءمة " تملكه وزارة العمل و التنمية الاجتماعية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو نظام اختياري طوعي للمنشآت الراغبة في أن تطوّر بيئات عملها لتكون شاملة وأكثر مساندة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. وقد تم تطوير نظام شهادة "مواءمة" لزيادة مشاركة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في سوق العمل السعودي وذلك من خلال زيادة عدد المنشآت التي لديها المعرفة والثقة تجاه عملهم.
