Freedom of Choice is a feminist non-governmental organization based in Slovakia, working since 2001 to advance human rights and gender equality. Our mission is to help create a society where individuals can make real choices and live free from limitations imposed by gender stereotypes. We are committed to the protection and advancement of human rights, with a particular focus on the rights of women and children, the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, and the promotion of gender equality. Over the years, our work has grown to include preventing violence against women, shaping gender policies, and promoting gender-sensitive education and practices.
