Founded in 1989 as ÖVÜNÇ MÜHENDİSLİK LTD. ŞTİ. , we began to serve the elevator market high quality controllers, which the market was suffering those days. In a short period our controller has strengthen its image in the market and became a well-known brand. In 1997 YENER ASANSÖR LTD. ŞTİ., as a new born company started to manufacture landing doors, cars and car frames. The new company was supplying the market with its own manufactured products and also was distributing all the elevator components. ÖVÜNÇ MÜHENDİSLİK LTD. ŞTİ. has continued to produce electronic components for elevators but marketing and distribution of its products are handled by YENER ASANSÖR LTD. ŞTİ. Upon the request of MACPUARSA, a new Turkish-Spanish Joint Venture has been established in 1999 and named MACPUARSA İSTANBUL ASANSÖR MAKİNELERİ SAN.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. All the activities of ÖVÜNÇ MÜHENDİSLİK LTD. ŞTİ. and YENER ASANSÖR LTD. ŞTİ. have been transferred to this new Joint Venture.Having this mindset in the first priority, we started to export our goods to Eastern Europe, Middle East and Northern Africa. In 2002, by the end of official partnership with Spanish firm MACPUARSA, a completely Turkish owned company with the tittle of MP YENER ÖVÜNÇ ASANSÖR SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. gathered all the activities under the same roof. We now continue to serve the elevator industry under this roof in a successful and growing way.
