Formerly known as Martin P Board & Associates, MPB Law Group is the natural evolution of principal Martin Board ensuring a broad range of premium legal services for his clients nation wide. Martin Board has managed legal practices for over 26 years following periods of employment with Michelle Sillar & Brown, Vandervords and Steve Masellos & Co where he was approached to run the world's first medically acquired HIV/AIDS litigation. He then joined CKB Partners where he made partner in 1993 and was at the forefront of insurance litigation for national insurers. During that time he specialised in motor vehicle insurance, recommended and managed intellectual property and trade mark rights for a national corporation, established the prinicple that a "fraud is a fraud is a fraud" in the matter of AAMI v To, and successfully claimed defamation against The Investigators concluding with the programme admitting for the first time that they were wrong. Over the last 20 years Martin Board has pioneered litigation involving motor vehicle credit hire claims, first with CKB Partners, and then with his select team of lawyers, establishing his own practice Martin P Board & Associates in February 2014. Acknowledging the changing landscape for the legal industry within Australia, Martin Board has accumulated a small team of dedicated staff to expand the firms' horizons to include Conveyancing, Wills & Estates and Family Law with the goal of providing premium legal services with a transparent and collaborative focus for his clients.
