MPC was established in 1980 to satisfy the requirement for a responsive prototype molding shop specializing in high quality plastic parts such as gears and complex assemblies. Under new ownership since 2006, the company is an ISO 9001/TS 16949 certified manufacturing facility, offering full-service engineering, product development and high precision injection molding production with its own in-house tooling operation.
MPC has developed a reputation for providing our customers with added-value expertise and services, collaborating to deliver a trusted North American source for complex component design consultation, finite element analysis, as well as advanced tool design. Underlying these services are highly developed engineering skills, with deep capability in 2D & 3D design, in-house 3-D Printing, FEA, mold flow analysis, CNC, EDM and precision grinding elements, all integrated into our state-of-the-art manufacturing system.
